Thank you Mack Collier for providing this much needed information!
So, how much should I charge for managing a business blog with multiple writers in-house?
There are lots of things I like in this article. Great inspiration for a group business blog!
Interesting how longer presentation are more popular and how Japanese presentations average 42 slides compared to 19 slides by English language presentations.
A very interesting post in the Business Insider today about Twitter vs. Facebook for marketing and PR. If we were to add one piece it would be that by our observation, many small businesses are finding more success connecting with customers through Facebook. Twitter requires a lot of time to monitor and manage — a small business owner with so much on their plate (inventory, pricing, accounting, human resources, etc.) tend to find devoting so much time a challenge.
Useful list of resources put together by Jeremiah Owyang. Social media marketing is more and more about doing the nitty gritty grunt work traditional marketers are familiar with. And we need tools.
I like this article. I’ve heard that “2009 was the year of Twitter and 2010 was the year of Facebook… (and Twitter’s gone bye-bye)”
But I still really like Twitter for some specific forms of communication. Things that are better on Twitter than anywhere else. I think Brian’s got it spot on here. Click through, there are a few more interesting graphics.
This is the first time I’ve been on DoshDosh for a very long time. This article reminded me to question my own surfing habits. I started using Delicious as my private bookmarking tool of choice a while back (it’s OK, not perfect, but at least it’s a cinch so I use it). And it’s true that this changed my surfing habits a bit. Just wondering if I can change my surfing habits even more - to get more out of my time.
